Altmis Hair & Skin Clinic is a dermatology, aesthetic medicine and trichology practice in Gurugram, Haryana, led by Dr. H.K. Yadav — MD (AM), D.C. Aesthetic Medicine (Apollo), Reg. No. 25236 — with branches at Palam Vihar and Palam Vihar Extension, Gurugram.

3. Medical Information on This Website

• Every patient’s skin, hair and medical history is different. A treatment described on this website may or may not be suitable for you.
• A proper diagnosis and treatment plan is made only after a personal consultation and examination by the doctor.
• If you have a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or emergency service — do not rely on this website or WhatsApp messages.

4. Treatment Results

Hair and skin treatments are medical procedures whose outcomes depend on many individual factors — your condition, its severity, your age, lifestyle, medical history and how closely pre- and post-treatment advice is followed. Results may vary from patient to patient, and no specific outcome or timeline can be guaranteed unless stated in writing by the doctor for your individual case.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on +91 95604 84558.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled so other patients are not delayed.
• If you cannot make your appointment, please inform us as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
• The clinic may reschedule appointments in unavoidable circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies); we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot.

6. Consultation Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Consultation and treatment charges are communicated at the clinic or at the time of booking and are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Treatment packages or advance payments, where offered, are valid for the period and sessions mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Fees once paid for a consultation or a procedure already performed are non-refundable. For unused sessions in a prepaid package, any refund or adjustment is at the clinic’s discretion and will be discussed with you transparently.
• Prices may change from time to time; the price confirmed at booking applies to that booking.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Patient

• Share your complete and accurate medical history, allergies and current medications with the doctor.
• Follow the pre- and post-treatment care instructions given to you.
• Inform us promptly about any unexpected reaction or concern after a procedure.
• Inform us if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding, as this affects treatment choices.

8. Photographs, Testimonials & Reviews

Clinical photographs (including before/after images) and patient testimonials are recorded or published only with your explicit consent. Reviews shown on this website come from real patients on public platforms such as Google; individual experiences described in them may differ from yours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, the Altmis name and logo, photographs and graphics — belongs to Altmis Hair & Skin Clinic or its licensors.
